All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 DAYS of receiving the goods. All returns or exchanges will incur a 10% restocking and/or reshipping fee. All returns or exchanged item must be original condition (unwashed and unworn), and include original tag. Include all important information such as: Name, address, invoice #, phone number, e-mail address, and a clear message about what you'd like to swap them for.

The pants are fairly exact in measurement around the waist band as to what their size says. For example, our size 36” pants will be 36” around the waistband give or take half an inch. Please note that pants vary in size from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please take the time to grab a tape measure and measure where you wear your pants

These size conversions are only approximate:

• 32” = 82cm
• 34”= 87cm
• 36” = 92cm
• 38” = 97cm
• 40” = 102 cm
• 42” = 107cm

• Size 10: waistband size = 33” or 84 cm give or take ½” (1.2cm)
• Size 12: waistband size = 35” or 89 cm give or take ½” (1.2cm)
• Size 14: waistband size = 37” or 94 cm give or take ½” (1.2cm)

The pants measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the cuff is 43” or 109.5 cm
